if Cross border pick-up has not picked up and the delivery has not been successful,the package will be sent to the "Uncollected Delivery Address" and a fee will be charged when the package is signed.The relevant fees are as follows:
West Malaysia (Shipping from Taiwan, shipping day + 5 working days)
''Second'' delivery freight: first weight 9MYR/kg; additional weight 3MYR/kg
East Malaysia (Shipping from Taiwan, shipping day + 6 ~7 working days)
''Second'' delivery freight: first weight 23MYR/kg; additional weight 16MYR/kg
Singapore (Shipping from Taiwan, shipping day + 5 working days)
Shipping fee for ''second'' delivery: 7 SGD/kg for the first weight; 3 SGD/kg for additional weight

- The above days do not include weekends and public holidays
- Logistics may be delayed due to customs clearance
- There are volume and weight restrictions for Cross border pick-up.
